Enjoying the late flowers of this tropical looking plant which the Council has planted all around to remind us of sunnier climes perhaps??!!

After a great weekend its been back to reality today - at work - which passed by peacefully enough though. Quick whizz round at lunchtime to buy 3 Birthday cards and I felt a definite Autumn nip in the air.

A thought for my day: this time next week it'll be dark when I come out of work ..... ugh!!!

Thanks everyone for your kind wishes yesterday which resulted in a trip to the Spotlight for a little while - an unexpected Anniversary pressie, and I feel somewhat over-exposed after that!!!
