The Lift

The lift in out apartment building is pretty small and we nearly max it out when all five of us get in there at once. It's got several HOT light bulbs set into the mirrored ceiling and as a result it's always warm in there. Normally Brett gets in and goes straight for the corner on the floor and the rest of us pile in around him. On some days it seems like the longest minute on earth going up the seven floors.
