Training diary

So, as I've mentioned before, I've started back at the gym after a short break of about 9 months!

I also started jogging again last week! I read somewhere that keeping a training journal is a good way of keeping motivated. I tend to rush full steam into this kind of stuff, then get bored after a few short weeks and I really don't want that to happen this time!

I am optimistic that this time I'll stick to it, I'm sure there will be more notes on here, infact, I'm planning a "before" SP at some point this week so that I can track my progress that way.
