Home sweet home, but when?

This is a view of our new [old] apartment to be.
I say old, but it's not quite 200 yet, so everything is relative...
Should be ready next summer, I'll blip a picture of it then as a comparison, unless it turns out to be a bathroom with its own fireplace? Tin bath in front of the fire, very traditional!
