Victor wanted to do some cooking today, amongst other things. So he made some lemon curd tarts. He took it very seriously and cut each tart shape out really well. He was a bit heavy on the flour though and had to have a clothes change afterwards. The little bits of pastry he had left was made into a ball and rolled out and cooked on a plate for Nelly and Sid to share. He was very proud of his tarts when they were put out on a plate.
