Friends at last !!

I have known these two for about 3 years and they have fought tooth and nail
and today is the first time I have seen a reconciliation between them
first Steve the white and black washed Layla's face then next we found them on the same chair together companionably and Layla was washing Steve.
Steve is a very big male tom ,and his now owner found him living round the house she rented and we believe that he must have been left behind by the last renters .
he was dirty had fleas! worms! he was sorted out neutered chipped and bathed then he was allowed in or back in. we don't think he went without food as he was never skinny.!
Layla had her own troubles was run over and the nerve in one of her front legs was damaged
but she pulled through and the leg is very bendy but she jumps up and down with it. and she can still whack Steve into place, it was so lovely to see them together today had to be my blip xxx
