Leisurely Day

My day off today was spent in the kitchen of Roseann Tully (the lady with the Intermezzo apron). She is the editor of this great food magazine and today we went to "Pie Camp". A small (4 person) class discovering the tricks and joys of making and eating great pies from savory to sweet. Great fun and flavors! There may have been some wine involved too.
