BBC Salford

I had to be up at 4.20am this morning and arrived at the BBC studios in Salford a little after 5am.

Today I was a media star ;-)

Interviewed on Radio 5Live at 5.40am and then onto BBC Breakfast with Steph at 6.50am.

Ironically by 7.30am I was on a train to London and then did a team meeeting and presented at the launch of a work initiative at the House of Lords.

My working day was 18 hours long.

In the space of 3 working days I have been live on Sky News, BBC Breakfast and 5Live.

People tell me I was not too bad but I have not dared to watch myself yet.
