Crabby

Crabby by name, crabby by nature. My daughter named her after I'd risked life an limb hoping about on the tetra-pods to catch her. I'm not sure how you gauge the emotional state of a crab but she does look a little miffed.

She will be returned to the sea in the morning, whereupon she'll probably be instantly snatched up by a seagull.

When we were kids I remember attempting to catch crabs off some peer or another with corned beef as bait. Maybe they ate it maybe they didn't. Today we used dried squid. Dried squid stinks and to small crabs, crayfish and drunken salarymen on the train it is like crack cocaine.

Salary man = Japanese English or Jinglish if you will for businessman or company employee
