All geared up to start

The start of the HK50. Luckily it also has a shorter HK24 version, which is the one I do. Those who manage to run the 50 kms up and down hills, over rocks and boulders, are very much to be admired. The front runners finish at about the same time I finish hiking the 24 kms. And then they look fresh while I am completely exhausted and have a very sore right foot. My only excuse - I'm about 30 years older than they are :)
