Poppy tree

I went for a walk around Cheam village and church yard in the late afternoon sunshine, hoping to photograph the ancient white clapboard cottages. Sadly they were in shade, so I left those for another day. Instead the silver birch in the memorial garden, decorated with poppies, shimmered in the sun.
