Cottonwoods at Lodore Canyon

We did a road trip about 3 hours away and the cottonwoods along the Green River were still magnificent. The gold leaves..some of them as large as my hand..just shimmered in the bright sun. This is one of my favorite shots because it gives me a sense of place with the Canyon in the distance.
