"They said it changes when the sun goes down"

The docklands in Dublin is a funny little area, it is filled to the brim with guys and girls in suits and young start-ups and hipsters during the day. It is very trendy and cool and has a good vibe, but as soon as that last computer shuts down and the rush hour traffic dies down it becomes a bit of a ghost town. But to me that is when the true beauty of this area shines. There are lots of cool modern buildings intermingled with old style dock buildings, merchant houses and government buildings. The lights of the city get reflected onto the river and the boardwalk is peaceful and empty, a great time to get out and walk and snap some photos.
