Bakers blip

Having often joked about being a baker and trying to persuade our head baker that I am in fact "basically a baker". Today was another chance to prove that! Finishing off the buns in the proving oven and baking them ready for use with tonight's Fergburgers, my task was pretty straightforward but essential. Labour day weekend was a busy one for us, just another taster of what is to come this summer. Quiet seasons are really beginning to lose their meaning.
