Three little pumpkins

This weekend the national trust property across the road from us was holding a kids spooky Halloween event. Wanting to make sure the boys dressed correctly for the occasion out cane the matching outfits (and merino thermals).

We arrived just as the first rain shower did, so we opted for an early lunch while waiting for the rain the clear, before heading off around the property on a spooky scavenger hunt. However, it was all a little too exciting for poor CJ and it was long before he climbed into the buggy and was fast asleep - and what was a kids activity was soon being enjoyed by just us adults!

After completing the hunt (a claiming a prize for CJ) we stopped at the craft tables and were given done Halloween crafts to take home so CJ could make them once he woke up.

And it was only walking home that S2 realised that he was still wearing the hat from CJ's pumpkin outfit after putting it on as a joke!
