Casts a long shadow

Today I emailed Paul's Cameras in Christchurch to find out when the 7d is in store. he said sometime in November and that he would give me a ring when one came in :-)

Until then it will have to be my iPhone and my point and shoot. The point and shoot does take some decent shots but am not happy with the zoom function (or should I say my knowledge of it to get the best out of it and to get it to focus on macro!)
Thankfully this 8 legged thing was dead and fell on the windowsill so I and camera could get close without a zoom
