Police Scotland Day 199, Year 2 - National Mod

Police Scotland Highland and Islands Division were delighted to welcome the Royal National Mod to Inverness this year. Founded in 1891, the National Mod has supported the teaching, learning and use of Gaelic language and promotion of Gaelic culture for over 100 years. Gaelic speaking officers Sergeant George Murray and Constable Donald MacLean have come across from the Western Isles to provide assistance throughout Mod week.
