Police Scotland Day 209, Year 2 - Safety Advice

Constable Callum Yuill from Greater Glasgow division has been meeting local people to offer them safety tips to prevent them becoming a victim of crime – today he was at Netherton Community Centre. Crimes such as housebreakings, bogus callers and vehicle theft can become more opportunistic in the winter months due to increased hours of darkness. As a result officers from Drumchapel have been providing winter safety presentations to more than 100 elderly and vulnerable people as part of an ongoing initiative to keep people safe.
