A pic from my work today, too busy to shoot an 'off-diary blip!
Scottish author J.A Henderson (Jan Andrew...) visited Scarborough today for the Yorkshire Coast Book Awards, which are chosen by local schoolchildren from a shortlist of six books aimed at youngsters.
Jan was a friendly and fun chap, who gave an entertaining talk about himself and his work, before meeting the 100 or so young readers.
