Fruit, Finally

It's only a lemon, but there is a short story here. Gina bought this small lemon tree 5 years ago. Each spring, we would put it outside. The blossoms would begin to appear and then almost immediately disappear. This year I saw a bunny eating the blossoms. The little guy got all but one. I put a cage around the tree and watched this single lonely lemon grow for months, and I picked it today.

Now… what to do with this LEMON!
