The Red Doors

This afternoon I needed a bit of fresh air and roamed to an old neighborhood church. I haven't walked the grounds in over twenty years and really enjoyed the reminiscing. I came across an aged, and tilted, slender grave stone that still stood for a woman who had lived 1831-1904. I knelt down there for a while just taking in the thought.

I actually went to grade school beyond the graveyard fence, but I hardly recognized the area which now houses a number of new buildings.

As I made my way back to the street I came upon these red doors. Don't know what it is, but red church doors have always brought a warm spot to my heart and today was no different.

Pray on...
