Best discovery this year

This is a garden plant I didn't know before I came across a rather poor specimen in a run-down nursery back in June. I planted it in a gap in one of the flower beds, top dressed around it with some decent compost and forgot about it. A few weeks later it was flowering well and has flowered ever since. It seems to be at its most prolific now and, despite the rather delicate appearance, it has weathered periods of heavy rain and strong winds that have flattened other plants in the bed. It is a form of Gaura (not sure exactly as it had no label) - get one, you won't be sorry.
