I don't understand lacrosse because I don't know the rules.

It seemed very energetic with the violence toned down a notch from the men's game (which seems to be like a running fight with sticks).

It looked to my untrained eye like the Aberdeen girls were winning.

* Not sure if any of the participants were actually called Emily...
