I had a terribly short night sleep last night. I wanted to finish the book I had been reading and I finally did... I was wide awake after that. I got up to reach the fridge as I felt really hungry and ate a package of rice pudding at around 1.30 AM. That wasn't definitely helping me sleep. The last time I saw my clock was 3.30 AM.

I finished work before 2.00 PM for the day today. Despite the dark and wet weather I went for a walk. I could easily stay at home and lie in, but I'm glad that I went out to get some fresh air.

Two things that I shouldn't do late at night:
1. reading mystery books
2. eating rice pudding
