Biodex Test [303/365]

In physio this morning I had a 5 month review of my knee which involved going on this beast of a machine. The biodex tests the strength of my hamstrings and quads by changing the levels of resistance on the machine. It does this by measuring the amount of force I use to contract and extend my leg.

Results were all good and I'm still on schedule with the physiotherapy but I still need to continue strengthening my quads.
