How To Transport Your Falcon

Have you ever wondered how those chaps who demonstrate birds of prey at country fairs carry their birds about? I snatched this shot at Stonehurst Family Farm Centre in Mountsorrel this afternoon after enjoying a gluten free fruit scone with jam outside in the warm sunshine. Sunshine at last!

Basil and I had been to Swithland Reservoir to try and find more fungi and popped in here for a bit of a treat. I had to restrain Basil from chasing the chickens which were strutting around the courtyard.
