Following the light

The morning sun shining through the hospital dome caught my eye this morning. It was a busy day at work, and I binged a bit more than I should have on pumpkin muffins and gingerbread at the Department fall potluck today, after giving up sugar altogether for 3 weeks! I'm going to try to get back on track tomorrow. It's late and I'm still working. Looking forward to the weekend! It's been a good, but stressful week.
