TGIF

Busy day...dashed to my favourite opticians in Manchester and they're going to repair my lovely glasses. While I was there even bought a new pair-not bad for half an hour before catching the train!
Arrived in London for another workshop/talk...luckily a few more people than yesterday
Very warm in London so walked from station-right through new BBC building...looking very swish
Arrived at K's, joined by A. for dinner, then collapsed onto sofa. And relax....!
