OCTOBER LEAVES

On this, the final day of October, I thought this image, with a title that is obviously a double entendre, would be a fitting farewell to the month and the season. I hate to see the leaves turn brown and fall as that can only mean that Winter is just around the corner. However, after seeing photos of the Blizzard of '78 in Buffalo (where I lived before I moved to ABQ), on its 36th anniversary, I take great comfort that no matter how harsh the Winter is here, it will NEVER compare to that!!! And I'm good with that!
