Halloween Ninjas

Well, a ninja and a ninja-turtle at least!

Despite only going round the doors in our cul-de-sac, the kids managed to fill their sweet buckets three times, and had to come home to empty them before heading back out again. They fairly enjoyed it, and I think Aidan enjoyed the reaction from folk when he told them his slightly risqué joke ("why do squirrels swim on their backs?" "to keep their nuts dry!"), even if he didn't properly understand it himself (well, the double entendre at least).

As soon as we got back in the house, they peeled off their costumes and set about the sweets - I insisted that they put the costumes back on so that I could get some photos of them with some of their haul, which probably explains why Aidan doesn't look best pleased.
