Guest feedback and pretty notebooks

I'm a sucker for pretty stationery and fountain pens, so this display in Blackwell's the bookshop's window caught my eye. I was concentrating hard on catching the image and didn't notice until after I'd taken the photograph that the rest of the window was covered in what looked like sick, although either it had been done by a giant, or someone really had 'thrown up' - ugh. Was on my way to the lovely Dovecot Studios in the old Infirmary Street Baths building where I was having some guest feedback training. We need to collect feedback from guests who've stayed at our cottages to find out how we can improve and to keep them coming back - I'm all for that!
