In honour of World Book Day...

Today's blipping inspiration comes from World Book Day.

It's a glimpse inside one of my favourite books of the moment, Nigel Slater's Tender. Not only are the recipes delicious, but the photography is inspirational (why don't my dishes ever turn out looking like these?), and the typography and layout make reading it a pleasure. I almost feel that the book is too good to be used in the kitchen where over time it'll become splattered with ingredients, showing what a much loved and used book it is.
