In honour of World Book Day

Nigel Slater's new cookbook 'Tender' is as sumptuous and comforting to look through, feel and use, as his cooking is to prepare, make and eat.

I love the soft, matt textures used for the printing. The slightly grainy photographs, perfectly clear, but printed onto matt absorbant papers.

Mmm... I could eat the whole book. A joy to see, feel and use.
