A relatively early start for a Saturday - out for 8.15am, bus, train, then J and I drove up to Blair Drummond for a day of camera fun.
This was my first trip to the safari park, and I really enjoyed it. Glad I packed the big lens, and opted to stay with it all day.
I took 700 photos, and although there were others which are better shots, I love the autumnal colours in this one. The bird of prey show was fantastic - with a stunning backdrop across the loch to the hills in the distance.
This is, if I remember right, a Harris's Hawk. Beautiful to watch.
