The morning after the night before was as expected going to be a headache recovery period.

We had a great evening last night celebrating Charlotte's Birthday (actually today), I lost a few quid on the Dogs but it didn't matter as we had such a good time in Wolverhampton enjoying a post Halloween party in the Dog & Doublet pub.

One of the funny moments was at the end of the night, Charlotte lost her shoes so I had to carry her from the pub to the nearby takeaway shop where her shoes somehow suddenly appeared. The look on her face when she saw her shoes in there was priceless, my girlfriend had one of them down the back of her waistband covered be her top. Charlotte seemed a little confused how they were transported there.

So today has been nice and relaxing, spending time unproductively which is a rather nice thing to do occasionally.

We checked out the newly opened Severn Stars pub for Sunday lunch and we were all rather impressed with the food and good value for money.
