Sitting Practice

Saul has changed a lot over the last couple of weeks, he's paying attention to everything that's going on and grabbing anything he can get his hands on (straight into the mouth of course). He's also getting strong and can roll from front to back and on rare occasions the much trickier back to front. Still very gentle natured and super cute with it.

Just started reading John Robb's history of the Manchester music scene (The North Will Rise Again – Manchester Music City), the first chapter touches on the Manchester R&B scene (where the Northern Soul term sprang from) and also the Manchester beat groups, which I'd always thought was predominantly a Liverpool thing. Here's something from one of those beat groups - Freddie and the Dreamers.
