The Sheriffmuir Road

I've been here before of course but the road didn't seem familiar today.

My sister was born in the area. My brother and his wife met here. My first childhood memories are here.
My dad played rugby for the local club. I reckon my son's first hill ascent must have been Dumyat. On my back!
I even worked in the "City" here for a short while.

Quite an area: the Back Walk and the Valley, the Glen Road, the Nebit, the Wallace Monument. That beautiful campus. Draws me back often. Mum too.
