Moorbad Schrems

This is the first time I have been at this lake at sunset and the atmosphere was magical. I walk around it frequently with camera in hand but haven´t often published an image from here although it was the site of my very first blip. The "Moor" lake has a swimming area with diving board and a sandy beach and restaurant at one end and an underwater nature reserve and cafe at the other. The middle (seen here) is mostly occupied by ducks and carp. Moor translates to mud but it is similar to peat and is used extensively in Austria for its healing and beauty benefits.
