War memorial

Busy day in Minsk, two sessions including a heavy discussion with senior officials on the state of public finances and a meeting with the financial press. It was nice to get out and about after the workshop and walk along the canal to the War Memorial we visited at the weekend. I enjoyed pottering around aimlessly with Snapseed for 10 mins to produce this. I'm missing PS but this will have to do at present.
