Seven Days of Summer

The climate is so skewed now that despite the calendar saying that it is now Autumn, there have finally been a few Summer days.

In the last week I have got sunburnt, have picked 3 tomatoes, used my parasol, got two sandfly bites and gone into town without a jacket!

The weather has turned back today, but before it started to rain again, I was able to capture some condensation on some cheap Kiwi bubbly that I bought to celebrate our week of Summer.

I do love this set of old-fashioned champagne glasses that I got at my daughter's School Fair many years ago - the way that the stem is hollow...
