A new tree

Isn't it great when you find a new tree? Especially one with a great background

I went out on a 30 mile bike ride this morning and not far from home I spotted this tree that I had not noticed before. This evening I went back in the car to investigate. Access was a little tricky and involved being slashed by thorn bushes and maybe a tiny bit of trespassing :-)

It is a lovely tree and sits nicely on the horizon with a distant skyline beyond. The sun was setting when I went there and the colours were great. I was particularly intrigued by the way the cloud shape to the left of the tree echoes that of the hills on the skyline below it
