Now that's an Ofrenda!

Took a stroll with Apollo today through my local park, where I came across this impressive construction. Doesn't look like this is going anywhere anytime soon, either.

I love how the attitude here to the dead is completely celebratory. About cherishing memories and not mourning loss. As they believe that the dead are always present with them anyway.

Tomorrow, I'll be taking more pictures of the Barranca, where even though the development has been halted, it seems the site is still causing damage to the area.

Will see to what extent tomorrow.
