A Landscape Designer's "Blank Slate"

I had to take photos at this apt. complex in order to establish some good before and after contrasts. This is obviously "before", what with all the bare dirt and all. I have ideas but they'll be reigned in by the one paying for the renovation. Check back in a few weeks to compare this with what comes next!
