Birthday present for Eileen

WHAT a day ! Over to parents' house to meet the Auction House team
who are taking all the furniture that we don't think we'll be able to
shoehorn into the very small cottage that they are moving to in a
few weeks time - it is such a difficult thing trying to cajole them into
being ruthless whilst understanding that these things have been with them
throughout their 60 years of marriage and should not be given away on a whim.
The carpet man cometh , another job off the incredibly long list, then home to
finish making my friend's gift - ceramic boat no 1 -now it's around to her house for a cup of tea ...I feel a long soak in the bath coming on !!
