This is Simon, a young gentleman conducting a protest outside the Wimbledon YMCA. He'd defended a lady's honour after some cad, another resident there, had smacked her in the head with a can of beer. The pair of them then got evicted for fighting, unsurprisingly. He had a petition going, and lots of signs for his campaign to get back in.
