Civil War Veteran

My class decided to take photos in a cemetery near our school. The cemetery was old and all of the gravestones were beautiful in their own. However this particular grave caught my eye. The gravestone was too old to read but whoever was buried here was a Civil War veteran. The American Civil war began in 1861 and ended in 1865 and affected America greatly. It is strange to think that in my little home town, a man who fought in this war is buried. Not to mention the boy underneath the bush in the background.
