Grand sunset

North Rim Grand Canyon - teeny weeny little person on the white rock on the left. He had a much better head for heights than I did!

Hiked the Widforss trail which gave us some spectacular views back down the canyon & was fairly vertigo friendly. There were also some stunning colours in the trees.

It was the last few days for the lodge at the north rim before it closed for winter. Freezing temperatures when we left and a few emergency stops to avoid bison and deer that had moved onto the tarmac road for warmth.
