Voluntarily ended up on the couch at 5am since my ever-increasing cold was making sleep difficult for everyone involved.

Biggs went on to take the day off and we had a run(!) in the rain - very wise for those suffering from colds.....not.....and then elevenses at the French bakery (which was actually open and serving coffee today....unlike on Sunday the 2nd of November).

I went off to work in the afternoon (wearing my rather jaunty red Docs - as you can see here) and had my dinner made for me after my return.
