Snails pace

I drew a snail inside the window of the car when I was out earlier. I saw recently someone had written somewhere "if a snail loses its shell, is it homeless or naked?" and someone had written in reply "it's dead. Needs its shell to survive." so that was an interesting lesson.

My hair hasn't been washed since Tuesday. Do you think it can last another few days? I'm too lazy to wash it. Snails don't have this problem.
