All fun and games until someone...

...sets fire to the hill.

Was wondering if I'd find anything to blip today and was going to settle for a still-life of the back of my wok. Popped into work to take in the next two week's shirts (without my camera) only to notice a large amount of flame. Popped back out to get some pics. The fire seemed to be limited to the trees planted in the gully on the interesting way up although there were about five different sets of people letting off more fireworks whilst the emergency services dealt with the fire.

Another thing spotted on the way back was a fire in the tennis courts in the meadows. Someone seemed to have made a large fire right next to the hedge. Luckily the firefolk had extinguished it by the time I came back after popping out to the hill.
